Frequently Asked Questions

The investment amount of the project may vary depending on different factors such as number of licenses, implementation methodology, infrastructure sales model or business processes.

No, all Intelisis ERP modules must be linked. The operation of one module is dependent on another and in turn it is the origin of one or more other modules. On the other hand, this does not mean that a project must implement the complete system, but it must have a "backbone" of financial modules to run normally.

Intelisis ERP can interface with a wide variety of operational and administrative systems through the development of an interface, however a detailed analysis is needed to detect areas of opportunity and/or possible limitations. This type of link or interface requires an output and input of information from both Intelisis and the other system that must be compatible.

There are 4 sales models to suit the needs of each client: Sale, Rental, Cloud and Hosting.

- Sale:
 > Installed on client-owned servers
 > One-time license fee (Indefinite access).
 > Annual maintenance fee applies
 > Requires purchase of Microsoft SQL licensing (Database Engine)

- Rental
 > Installed on client-owned servers
 > Monthly license fee (Access granted as long as payment is current)
 > Annual maintenance is included in the rent
 > Microsoft SQL (Database Engine) licensing is included in the rental fee

- Cloud
 > Installed on servers owned by Intelisis in the “Cloud”
 > Monthly license fee (Access granted as long as payment is current)
 > Annual maintenance is included in the rent
 > Microsoft SQL (Database Engine) licensing is included in the rent

- Hosting
This is not a type of licensing; it is an additional service that can be requested for customers who have bought the license for sale or who have the rental option and the database hosting is on our servers.
Monthly payment (Access granted as long as payment is current))

Depending on the implementation method:

- Intelisis Express:
3 months approximately with support from the client during the implementation plus consulting services, as it is pre-configured and in the cloud. Developments are not allowed in the initial project.

- Fast Forward:
4 to 8 months approximately depending on the complexity and/or operational structure. The scope of modules and functionalities to be implemented is determined through an information-collecting process -developments are allowed as long as they are not more than 20% of the project's consulting cost - licensing can be for sale, rent, cloud or host.

- I3:
More than 8 months. The scope in modules and functionalities to be implemented is determined by an information gathering process - developments greater than 20% of the project's consulting cost are allowed (This model is much more time consuming, and it is the most expensive since it requires a lot of developer time and testing) - licensing can be for sale, rent, cloud or host.

Yes, it is possible as long as the client has the SDK (Software Development Kit) certifications, issued by the Intelisis training area, as well as an additional cost license.
